• Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
• No-Show:
• If you fail to show up at the designated pickup location and time without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
• Refund Processing:
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.

2. Cancellation by Paris Private Driver

• Unforeseen Circumstances:
• In rare cases, we may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdowns, extreme weather conditions, or chauffeur unavailability.
• If we cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
• Force Majeure:
• We are not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions. In such cases, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

3. Changes to Booking

• Modifications:
• If you need to modify your booking (e.g., change pickup time, location, or vehicle type), please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
• We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
• Additional Charges:
• Changes to the booking may result in additional charges, which will be communicated to you before confirmation.

4. Special Cases

• Airport Transfers:
• For airport transfers, we monitor flight statuses to adjust pickup times in case of delays. However, if your flight is canceled, please notify us immediately to avoid no-show charges.
• Long-Distance or Multi-Day Bookings:
• For long-distance trips or multi-day bookings, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. The deposit will be deducted from the total service fee.
